We are seeking a skilled and passionate baker to join our team. The task is simple, we make the best bread in town and some of the best pizza in the world. If you love working with high-quality bread, pizza, and pasta, this job is for you! We are both looking for a baker and a head baker to be in charge of the department.
We are a well-established company focusing on high-quality, organic food and flavorful dishes, and our bakery is an integral part of our two restaurants.
The cornerstone of the production is the award-winning bread and the pizza dough for BÆST and a small amount of Italian-style pastries are added to it.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Production of various types of bread,
- Monitoring the dough process, including kneading, proofing, and baking
- Developing and testing new recipes
- Ensuring quality and consistency in baked goods
- Responsible for maintaining a clean and hygienic bakery
- Collaborating with kitchen and restaurant staff to meet guest needs
We are seeking a new colleague with the following qualifications:
- Experience as a baker is required, preferably in a busy restaurant or bakery setting
- Proficiency in making various types of bread and pastries
- Knowledge of baking techniques, proofing, kneading, and baking times
- Ability to work at a fast pace without compromising quality
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards
- Flexibility to work varying shifts placed between 7 am and 6 pm , including weekends
