Hi, I am Daniel. Head chef at Baest and Mirabelle.
Starting out as a stagiaire, over the course of 4 years I had the privilege to experience all aspects that define our restaurants. Cheese making, house made charcuterie and how to bake a proper sourdough Pizza are only a few out of many challenges that were put in front of me.
Looking back at my time at Baest and Mirabelle I can say one thing with certainty: I never had a boring day.
